On a rainy, rather chilly day in late November, the team headed out to 1000 Old Lock Lane to shoot the Charles Luck holiday card and new homepage image at the iconic Rice House designed by Richard Neutra. Todd Wright and his creative team spent hours setting up for the shoot and finding the perfect amount of highlights and shadows by blocking sunlight from penetrating through the windows.
Neely Dykshorn was the stylist on the shoot. Although every dress she brought was gorgeous, a late glamorous arrival stole our hearts! A dress designed by Jules Reid. It was absolutely stunning! It seemed like the dress was made especially for our model, Nary! Its modern, elegant style complimented the International style of the Rice House.
When Nary sat down on the couch I felt like I was transported through a time capsule to 1965. Somewhere between the Jules Reid dress, the bee hive hair style falling delicately down Nary’s shoulder, the cranberry wreath and the Georgia marble fireplace, everything was connected in harmony. It was a flawless moment.
We hope our new homepage inspires you!
Enjoy a few images from this magical day!
